How does delivery work?

We deliver across Orange County. Delivery and pickup are free in South and coastal Orange County, and $75 flat to North and inland Orange County — that fee covers both trips. The complete city list and the fee for each is on our pricing page. We bring the scooter to your location, set it up, and leave it ready to ride — including drop-offs at a hotel front desk if that's easier for you.

Question 2

What does a rental cost?

Accepted Answer

Our rates are posted: $169 for 3 days, $209 for 5 days, $239 for 7 days, $379 for 14 days, $549 for 30 days. Extra days beyond those are $30 each. Rentals of 1-2 days are quoted individually and include a delivery premium, so call us for those.

Do you charge a security deposit?

We do not charge a security deposit. You are responsible for damage to the scooter while it's in your possession — our rental agreement covers exactly what that means, and it's worth a read before you book.

What are the rental durations available?

We rent from 3 days up to a month, and longer by arrangement. Whether you need a scooter for a weekend of sightseeing or an extended stay in Orange County, the posted rates cover it. Shorter 1-2 day stays are quoted individually.

Will the scooter work where I'm going?

Our scooters are built for smooth, paved ground — sidewalks, boardwalks, shopping centers, hotel lobbies, and indoor floors. They are not made for gravel, grass, or sand, including soft beach sand, so plan on the boardwalk rather than the beach itself. Gentle slopes are fine, but anything steeper than about 6 degrees is too much, which rules out most hillside streets. With roughly 1.5 inches of ground clearance, a curb, a step, or a tall threshold needs a ramp or a level entry instead. Riders up to 265 lbs, up to 12.4 miles per charge, and a 3.7 mph top speed that a companion can keep up with on foot. Want to talk through your route? Do I need to visit a store?

No store visit is required. We bring the mobility scooter directly to your location, assembled and ready to ride. The controls are simple — an on-off switch, a speed dial, and a thumb lever — and we're a phone call away if anything is unclear.

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve all of Orange County, including Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Huntington Beach, and everywhere in between. Delivery is free in the south and coastal cities and $75 flat in the north and inland ones — every city and its fee is listed on our pricing page. Outside Orange County, give us a call and we'll quote it.

What if I have issues with the scooter during my rental?

Call or text (949) 232-0150. We answer 9 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week, and most problems get solved on the phone. If a scooter needs replacing, we'll get one out to you as soon as we can — the next morning if you reach us late in the day.
